LIT School, a Bengaluru-based institute focusing on marketing, entrepreneurship, and the creator economy, has launched a new 50,000 sq ft campus in Jayanagar, marking a significant step in experiential learning.

Focus on creator economy and new-age skills

The expansion comes at a time when the creative economy is gaining policy and industry attention. In the Union Budget 2026, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman highlighted sectors like digital content, media, and design as key drivers of employment and innovation.

The proposal to introduce Content Creator Labs in educational institutions further signals a shift towards integrating creative and digital skills into mainstream education.

Campus designed for practical learning

The new LIT School campus features content studios, collaborative workspaces, and project-based learning environments. Students will work on live assignments and real marketing campaigns, moving beyond traditional classroom methods.

The institute follows a portfolio-based approach, enabling learners to build practical experience alongside academic knowledge.

Bridging industry and education

Industry demand is increasingly favouring professionals who combine creativity with marketing and business skills, especially as companies invest more in digital storytelling and brand building.

LIT School aims to address this gap by offering programmes in marketing strategy, brand development, and digital content creation, with strong industry engagement and mentorship.

Leadership and vision

Founded by Arpit Anand, Kundan Jain, and Anushka Jain, the institute emphasises hands-on learning. Co-founder Arpit Anand noted the growing need for education models that prioritise real-world application over theoretical instruction.

A shift in learning models

The launch reflects a broader transformation in education, where institutions are aligning more closely with evolving industry needs and focusing on skill-based, experiential learning.

The new campus positions Bengaluru as a growing hub for innovation in creative and digital education.
