Bengaluru: A 34-year-old man, Harish V, tragically died following a motorcycle accident late Tuesday night on the Outer Ring Road in southern Bengaluru.

Harish, a resident of Chunchaghatta Main Road, was riding recklessly from Nagarabhavi to Nayandahalli when the crash occurred. At around 10:30 pm, he reportedly lost control of his bike near the Nayandahalli railway underbridge, causing it to skid off the road. Harish, who was not wearing a helmet, sustained severe injuries to his head and torso.

Passersby quickly transported him to Victoria Hospital, but despite emergency treatment, he succumbed to his injuries around 12:15 am on Wednesday. Harish, employed as a distributor for a beverage company, is survived by his wife and child.

The Byatarayanapura traffic police have filed a case and are currently investigating the incident.
