Tech Professional Murders Woman in Hotel Room
In one shocking incident, Harini (33), a mother of two, was brutally murdered by her alleged romantic partner, Yashas (25), a software engineer. The crime occurred in an OYO hotel in Poorna Prajna Layout on the night of June 7.
The duo, both residents of Kengeri, reportedly had a personal relationship. Harini, facing growing pressure in her family life, intended to end the affair. In a fit of jealous rage, Yashas allegedly stabbed her 17 times, leading to her death.
The incident came to public notice two days later, prompting officials at Subramanyapura Police Station to register a murder case.
DCP South Lokesh B Jagalasar confirmed that the accused has been taken into custody.
Man Beheads Wife, Walks to Police Station with Head
In a separate horrific act, Shankar (28) allegedly decapitated his wife, Manasa (26), after a heated dispute over her suspected infidelity.
Living in Heelalige village, Anekal, the couple had frequent arguments. On June 3, Shankar returned home unexpectedly and reportedly caught Manasa with another man. A confrontation ensued, and days later, he allegedly killed her.
He then walked into Suryanagar Police Station, carrying her severed head, and surrendered.
