New Delhi : According to the Finance Ministry on Friday, subscriptions for the Sovereign Gold Bonds 2023–24 (Series III) are now being accepted for the period of December 18–22, 2023, with a settlement date of December 28, 2023.
The Bond will be issued for Rs 6,199 per gram during the subscription period.
The Central government, after conferring with the Reserve Bank of India, has determined to grant investors who apply online and make their payment digitally a discount of Rs 50 per gramme off the issue price.
According to a statement from the Finance Ministry, the issue price of the Gold Bond for these investors will be Rs 6,149 per gram of gold.
