Technology brand Nothing is set to introduce its new smartphone, the Nothing Phone (4a), with a special retail launch event in Bengaluru just days after its global unveiling.
The company will officially announce the device on March 5, 2026, after previously showcasing it at the Mobile World Congress, where the full colour lineup of the handset was revealed.
First retail sale in Bengaluru
Nothing has confirmed that the Phone (4a) will go on sale first at its Bengaluru store on March 7 at 6:00 PM IST.
The retail event will take place at the Nothing Store in Indiranagar, giving consumers the first opportunity to purchase the smartphone before it becomes widely available across India and other markets.
Launch offers for early buyers
The company has announced exclusive launch-day offers for customers attending the event.
The first 100 buyers will receive a special engraved edition of the Nothing Phone (4a) along with a complimentary pair of Nothing Ear (a) earbuds.
Additionally, early buyers will have the option to purchase CMF Buds 2 Plus at a special price of ₹999 when bought together with the smartphone.
Colour options and design
The Phone (4a) will be available in four colour variants — White, Black, Pink, and Blue.
Nothing said the device will maintain the company’s signature transparent-inspired design language, while expanding visual choices compared to previous models in the series.
Expected price and features
Ahead of the official announcement, leaks suggest the Nothing Phone (4a) could start at around ₹31,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant.
Other expected variants include:
- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage
- 12GB RAM + 256GB storage
Reports indicate the phone may feature UFS 3.1 storage and a 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom.
A higher-end Nothing Phone (4a) Pro model is also expected, potentially priced around ₹40,000.
However, the company is likely to confirm final specifications and pricing during the official launch event on March 5.
With Bengaluru hosting the first retail sale, the event highlights the city’s growing role as a major hub for technology launches and consumer electronics in India.
