Bengaluru witnessed a grim 12-hour period on Saturday, with three separate murder incidents. Two men, Nagesh (52) and Manju Gowda (44), both cleaners for a logistics firm, were found dead in the city’s northeast area. The prime suspect is their coworker, Suresh, who allegedly attacked the victims following a drinking session that escalated into an argument. Police have registered an FIR and launched a manhunt to locate Suresh.
In a separate case, a woman named Jayamma was found dead in her home in Hongasandra. While initial examinations revealed a head injury, further investigation is awaited to confirm the cause of death. Jayamma’s estranged elder son is under suspicion, while her younger son, a bus driver, was away at the time. The Bommanahalli police have registered a case and are actively investigating.
