The anticipation around The Ba**ds of Bollywood*, Aryan Khan’s much-awaited directorial debut, has hit fever pitch after a behind-the-scenes selfie of him with his team—and Netflix’s Ted Sarandos—went viral. The photo, showing Aryan confidently posing alongside a beaming Sarandos, set off a wave of excitement across social media platforms.

Fans flooded the comments with questions, praises, and impatient pleas for a release date. “When is the show coming??” asked one follower, while another gushed, “Aryan Khan looking so hot—I can’t wait!”

Set in the glitzy yet gritty world of the Indian film industry, the series features Bobby Deol and Lakshya in prominent roles. It’s being produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment and is reportedly targeting a June 2025 release on Netflix.

Industry heavyweights have already taken note. Karan Johar, without revealing much, hinted during a chat with Raj Shamani: “If there is a King, there will be a Prince. I’ve seen the show—he has a distinct directorial voice.”

Adding to the buzz are rumored star-studded cameos. Saif Ali Khan confirmed that both his children, Ibrahim and Sara Ali Khan, have filmed appearances. Reports suggest that Ranbir Kapoor, Salman Khan, and even Shah Rukh Khan himself may feature in surprise roles.

With Netflix backing and Bollywood royalty on board, The Ba**ds of Bollywood* might just be Aryan Khan’s breakout moment.
