With the release of the teaser for Pushpa The Rule, also known as Pushpa 2, Allu Arjun has hinted that he has something very special in store for his fans. On the occasion of Allu Arjun’s birthday, the Pushpa 2 team, under the direction of Sukumar, unveiled the first teaser. In the teaser, Allu Arjun reprises his role as Pushpa Raj, but he has given the avatar a completely new look that is sure to please viewers. The actor has demonstrated that he has done everything possible to make the moviegoing experience unforgettable.
Allu Arjun shared the teaser on X and wrote, “I thank each and everyone of you for the birthday wishes! My heart is full of gratitude. Please take this teaser as my way of saying thank you!” Watch the teaser here:
Besides Allu Arjun, Pushpa 2 also features Rashmika Mandanna. She is reprising her role as Srivalli and is ready to set the screens on fire yet again with her chemistry with Allu Arjun. Fahadh Faasil is also returning as Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat.
The last leg of shooting for Pushpa 2 is currently underway. Last year, Allu Arjun shared his first-look poster of Pushpa 2 in which he was seen dressed in a saree with his face painted in shades of blue and red. Later, the look poster of Fahadh Faasil from the movie was also released. Last week, on the occasion of Rashmika’s birthday, the makers shared her first look from the film as well. Reportedly, Sanjay Dutt will also be making a special appearance in Pushpa 2. However, there is no official confirmation regarding this as of now.
In a recent interview, Rashmika talked about the movie and promised that the Sukumar directorial will be “bigger than ever before”. She revealed that the shoot of the film has been going on for 50 days now and expressed that the entire team is working very hard on it.
“It’s been going great. We are almost 50-plus days into the film, and there’s a lot more to do, but as I always keep promising my audience that it’s going to be bigger than ever before. There’s a lot of hard work put in and a lot of focus on the detailing taken care of. There’s a lot of focus on each character that’s being taken care of, and that’s amazing!” Rashmika said .
Pushpa 2: The Rule will hit theatres on August 15, 2024.
