The romantic comedy film “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” saw an uptick in its box office numbers on its second day in theaters. Starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, the movie earned an estimated ₹9.5 crore nett in India on Saturday, following a decent opening day collection of ₹6.7 crore on Friday.
According to a report by Sacnilk.com, the film has amassed approximately ₹16.2 crore nett in India so far. With Valentine’s Day approaching on Tuesday, it’s anticipated that the film will maintain its momentum at the box office. On Saturday, “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 22.16 percent.
Directed and written by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the film portrays Shahid Kapoor’s character falling in love and deciding to marry a robot named Sifra, played by Kriti Sanon. Produced by Maddock Films, the movie has received mixed reviews. Alongside Kapoor and Sanon, the film also features veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia.
During a recent press conference in New Delhi, Kriti Sanon shared her experience of working with the seasoned actors. Praising Dharmendra’s warmth, she mentioned his affectionate gestures and how he shares his costume pictures with his sons, Bobby and Sunny Deol, seeking their opinions. Sanon also spoke highly of Dimple Kapadia, describing her as incredibly cool and confident.
She emphasized Kapadia’s convincing portrayal on-screen and expressed gratitude for the learning experience while working with such talented actors.
