Mangaluru: CFAL students Rakshitha, Pannaga, Druhan, Calvin, Vijesh and many others have made the city proud by securing excellent ranks in the general category of JEE Advanced examination, the result of which was declared by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.

A total of 17 CFAL students have secured excellent ranks in the exam.

Three trailblazer students secured ranks from the 751st to 2500th position, Rakshitha (AIR 751), Pannaga (AIR 1970), Druhan (AIR 2187),

Nine more students secured ranks between 2500 and 10,000: Calvin (AIR 2,868), Vijesh (AIR 2,879), Rishab (3,070), Vignaraj (AIR 3,960), Shreeharsha (AIR 7,090), Hayyan (AIR 7,806), Sishir (AIR 9,563), Ashitha (AIR 9,632) and Ankush (AIR 9,808).

Five students secured ranks above 10,000:  i.e. Pranetha (AIR 10,199), Swastik (AIR 14,787), Spoorthi (AIR 16,228), Anush (AIR 19,597) and K Sahaj (AIR 25,626). This was out of a grand total of 41, 862 candidates who qualified the examination from 1,49, 699 candidates who appeared.
