Mangaluru: “The Bharath Academy“ the first and only approved Cambridge International School in Mangalore, located at Yeyyadi, which is an affiliated IGCSE school with the Cambridge curriculum organized one of the noteworthy events “TBA Literature Festival” on October 29 and 30. Students from Kindergarten, I to 11 std from different schools participated in the event. Renowned resource persons from Mangaluru, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai conducted sessions and workshops on Story writing, Literature, Puppetry, Theatre and many related events for children, teachers and parents. On this occasion, young achievers Shri Gyan Shetty, Shri. Yaaz, Shri. Hisrar Tallani, Smt. Linda Fernandes, Smt. Anvitha Sagar, Shri. Sharan Chilmbi, Smt. Subhradra Nayak, Kumari Joanna Vaz, Smt. Letitia Nathalia D Costa and Shri. Nitin Vas, who have grown successfully in their passionate career and contributed towards society were honoured by Dr Vindhya Pai, a member of the TBA management.
Children from Mangaluru city benefitted from a lot of learning. There was a book release function of Master Dhruv Jain, Grade 4, Aashna Rai II PUC, Vera Correira 80 years old. The Management members of The Bharath Academy, the Principal of the preschool Smt Anjana Kamath and the Principal of Bharath Academy Primary and Secondary school, Smt. Surekha M.H. congratulated the young achievers, student authors and all the participants. Smt. Anjana Kamath, Principal of Elements of TBA coordinated the event along with the team of TBA staff.
