Karwar: Mamata Devendra Naika, a resident of Hanuman Nagar of Bhatkal has received PhD for her research thesis here at Kuvempu University.
She was under the guidance of Yadava Bodke of Chemistry Department under Postgraduate and Research Studies of the Varsity. Mamata Naik made her presentation on the topic – Synthesis, Characterixation and Biological Evaluation of some Novel Heterocyclic Compounds.
She is currently working as a lecturer in Chemistry at Siddharatha Pre-University College, Bhatkal.
