Mangaluru: The inauguration and blessing of renovated Don Bosco Hall of The Konkani Nataka Sabha (R) was held on Thursday, January 27 at 3.30 pm. Mangaluru City Police Commissioner Shashi Kumar N. inaugurated the function. Following this, Rt. Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of Mangaluru blessed the hall.
Chief Guest of the event was Rev. Dr Fr. Alwyn Dias, OFM, Cap. Provincial Minister, Holy Trinity Province.
The guests of honour of the event were Leo Rodrigues, Managing Director Al- Mazroui & Clevy Automobiles Abudhabi, UAE and Rev. Fr. Melwyn Pinto SJ Rector St. Aloysius Institutions, Mangaluru, and Santosh Sequeira of Santosh Arrangers, Kankanady.
Rev. Fr. Paul Melwyn D’Souza, OFM, Cap. President/Konkani Nataka Sabha presided over the event.
A cultural programme was held by KNS members at 6.00 pm.
