Mangaluru: Spearhead Media Group’s popular news portals NewsKarnataka.com and NewsKannada.com had organised a collage contest for the primary school students of Dakshina Kannada district during Children’s Day celebration themed ‘Nannappa Superstar’.
Hundreds of students from various schools in the District had participated in this contest held in two categories of 1st to 3rd standard and 4th to 7th standard.
The valedictory and prize distribution event will be held at Spearhead Academy Campus, Nanthoor at 3:00 pm.
Sudhakar K., DDPI (Admin), Mangaluru will be the Chief Guest. Eranna B. T., Principal, Prasad School of Arts, Mangaluru will be the Guest of Honour. Spearhead Media Group Mentor and Advisor CA Valerian Dalmaida will preside over to he event.
During the event, NewsKarnataka’s ‘Public Initiative against Shrill Horn’ poster will be launched.
The event is open for all to attend, Spearhead Media Group’s Executive Director Canute J Pinto has informed.
