A 20-year-old student has inspired many online after sharing his remarkable fitness transformation, losing 20 kilograms in just five months through discipline, consistency, and lifestyle changes.

A journey that began with a simple step

The young individual began his fitness journey on October 18, 2025, by joining his apartment gym equipped with basic facilities. Weighing 111 kg at the time, he committed himself to improving both his physical health and daily habits.

Over the next five months, his weight dropped to 91 kg, marking a significant transformation driven by sustained effort.

Structured diet played a key role

A major factor in his success was maintaining a consistent calorie deficit. He followed a daily intake of around 1700 kcal, ensuring high protein consumption of approximately 138 grams per day.

His diet was simple yet effective—six eggs daily, about 200 grams of chicken breast, and a vegetarian college meal. He also supplemented his intake with whey protein to meet his nutritional goals.

Focused workout routine

His training followed a structured push-pull-legs routine, targeting different muscle groups across the week. This included chest and triceps, back and biceps, and legs with shoulders, repeated twice weekly with a rest day on Sunday.

Over time, he prioritised compound exercises to improve strength and accelerate fat loss.

Cardio boosted fat loss

Cardio was gradually intensified, starting with moderate sessions and progressing to 30 minutes of high-incline treadmill walking daily. This played a crucial role in enhancing calorie burn and overall fitness.
