New Delhi: The Congress party on Saturday revealed that the Opposition INDIA bloc has not been invited to Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony scheduled for Sunday. This statement came following a Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting.

Party leader Jairam Ramesh mentioned, “Only international leaders have been invited to the swearing-in ceremony. Our leaders have not received any invitations yet. When our INDIA alliance leaders receive the invitation, we will consider it.”
Narendra Modi is set to be sworn in as the Prime Minister of India for the third consecutive term on June 9 at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi. The event is expected to host around 9,000 guests, including international dignitaries.
