BJP leader Vikas Puttur has recently come up with a complaint against the congress MP DK Suresh for his recent statement against the cente.
This was following the Congress MP’s recent remark that the four Southern states will soon break to form its own separate nation, which happened just minutes after the finance minister Nirmala Sitharam presented the interim budget for the year.
He even went on to state that the Northern states were spending the taxes that came from the states in the South, and that the center was robbing the South of the GST share that it owns.
BY Vijendra, who serves as the BJP chief of Karnataka declares that the minister’s comment is irresponsible, and not apt for someone in his position. He further expressed that such a comment works against national integration and reflects on the Congress’s ideology to seize power.
PM Modi also went on to suggest that it is unfortunate that a member of a national party makes such a comment. He further explained that the nation is not just a piece of land but a body and that losing any corner is similar to that of losing an entire limb.
By making this statement, the PM clearly suggested that he was nowhere in favor of the country’s division and wasn’t supporting the comment from the minister.
In view of this, the minister will now have to face a hearing on February 12th.
