New Delhi: The forthcoming revelation of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2024 results, scheduled for tomorrow, will now be based on a total of 118 marks instead of the initially communicated 120 marks. This decision follows the issuance of the final answer key for CLAT 2024 by the Consortium of National Law University.
In an official announcement on the CLAT 2024 website, the consortium specified that the assessment of candidates for CLAT 2024 UG would be conducted out of 118 marks, deviating from the initially declared 120 marks. This adjustment is attributed to the withdrawal of one question each in the English Language Section and Legal Reasoning Section. Furthermore, the answer to one question in the legal reasoning section has been modified.
Likewise, for CLAT PG, the Consortium has made alterations to the answer to one question, as outlined in the notification. The modifications were prompted by the recommendations of the Subject Expert Committee, which scrutinized objections raised by candidates regarding questions and answer keys. The Oversight Committee, upon deliberating on these recommendations, endorsed the ensuing changes and modifications in the Question Booklets and Answer Keys for CLAT 2024.
The Executive Council of the Consortium of National Law Universities meticulously reviewed the recommendations forwarded by the Oversight Committee and subsequently greenlit the proposed changes and modifications.
Anticipated on December 10, 2023, the CLAT results will be accessible to candidates who participated in the exam via the official website, where they can log in to check their outcomes.FFF
