Maharastra: In a devastating incident, a factory explosion in Nagpur, Maharashtra, has claimed the lives of at least nine individuals, with several others sustaining injuries. The blast occurred around 9:30 am at Solar Industries India Limited in the Bajargaon area on Sunday. The factory, known for its involvement in the supply of explosives and defense equipment to the country’s defense department, was reportedly packing explosives for coal blasting when the tragedy unfolded.
The blast, which occurred during the process of packing explosives, resulted in significant casualties and injuries. Some of the injured individuals are reported to be in critical condition, adding to the gravity of the situation. The local authorities were alerted, and a police team promptly arrived at the scene to assess the situation and provide assistance.
