Mumbai : As part of its “outreach programme” in collaboration with the Maharashtra government, the Indian Air Force (IAF) will hold an aerial display at Marine Drive from January 12–14, according to a statement released here on Tuesday.
The exhibition, which will run for an hour on each of the three days starting at noon, aims to raise awareness and strengthen ties between the Indian Air Force and the people of Mumbai.
The IAF pilots’ talents, professionalism, and range of exciting aerial displays and activities would be on display, along with demonstrations involving various aircraft types.
Amazing aerobatic performances by the Sarang Helicopter and Suryakiran Aerobatic Display Teams, a fly-by and low-level aerobatic performance by the Su-30 MKI, a freefall and parachute display by the Akashganga Team, and a C-130 aircraft are all scheduled.
