A shocking incident unfolded in the women’s compartment of a Central Railway AC local train in Mumbai when a naked man suddenly entered, creating chaos among passengers. The event took place on Monday at around 4:11 pm, as the train traveled from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) to Kalyan. The man reportedly boarded the train at Ghatkopar station and startled the women, who immediately began shouting at him.

In response to their distress, a Ticket Collector (TC) from the next bogie rushed to intervene and pushed the man out of the train when it stopped at the station. Despite the women’s calls for him to leave, the man initially ignored their pleas, prompting the motorman to halt the train. Lata Argade, a railway activist who received a video of the incident from a passenger, raised concerns about the security lapses at such a busy station like Ghatkopar.

Railway officials clarified that the man was mentally unstable and had mistakenly entered the compartment. The Government Railway Police (GRP) apprehended him, provided him with clothes, and escorted him off the station premises. This unsettling event highlights ongoing concerns about safety and security on Mumbai’s crowded local trains.
