New Delhi: After leaving the Parliament defunct over the last few days, the Congress party has now decided to take a major step to portray the National Herald Case as an example of ‘vendetta politics’.
It is said that all Congress MPs, Chief Ministers and State Unit Presidents will march to court with Sonia and Rahul Gandhi on December 19 along with the Gandhis before the Magistrate in National Herald Case.
Reportedly, Congress has summoned all its chief ministers, state unit presidents and MPs to remain present at Congress headquarters on Saturday.
According to a report in DNA, Congress is planning a grand show on Saturday, when Sonia Gandhi, Rahul and five other leaders will appear before court. It would be a show of strength to express solidarity with the party leadership and register protest.
Earlier, Sonia Gandhi, her son Rahul Gandhi and others were directed to appear in person on December 19 by a Delhi court in connection with National Herald case.
