New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear later on Monday, April 2 Tamil Nadu’s plea seeking contempt proceedings against the Centre for its failure to set up the Cauvery Management Board (CMB).
“We will hear it on Monday and resolve the issue,” a bench headed by Chief Justice Deepak Mishra said after Advocate G. Umapathy, appearing for the Tamil Nadu government, mentioned the matter for an early hearing.
