In a groundbreaking achievement, Rajasthan-born mentalist Suhani Shah has clinched the ‘Best Magic Creator 2025’ title at the Fédération Internationale des Sociétés Magiques (FISM)—globally known as the Oscars of Magic. The event, hosted in Torino, Italy from July 14 to 19, brought together top illusionists and mentalists from around the world.
Suhani earned the coveted title in the online performance category, surpassing fierce international competitors like Jack Rhodes (UK), Jason Ladanye (USA), Jason Maher (Australia), and Mohammed Imani (Dubai). Her victory marks a significant milestone for India, as she becomes the first Indian woman to win this prestigious honor.
Already a viral figure for her mind-reading and psychological magic, Suhani’s charm and skill have won her a massive online following. This latest accolade cements her place as one of the world’s most influential figures in modern magic.
Taking to Instagram after her win, she shared, “I began with nothing but passion and no clear path. This award belongs to every person who believed in me. We made history together.”
She also inspired aspiring artists, writing, “To anyone chasing a dream—don’t stop. Even when it seems impossible, even when no one believes. Do it for the love, not for the applause. Because that’s who you are.”
Suhani’s magical journey started at age six, with her father’s unwavering support. She gave up formal schooling by seven and performed her first show before Gujarat’s then CM, Shankersinh Vaghela. Since then, she has wowed audiences with performances blending storytelling, psychology, and human behavior.
