Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutta, known for her bold stance in the #MeToo movement, shared a deeply emotional video on Instagram on Tuesday, revealing she is facing ongoing harassment at her own residence. The video, in which she is visibly distressed and in tears, has triggered serious concern among her followers and the wider public.

In her post captioned,

“I’m sick and tired of this harassment!! It’s been going on since 2018 #MeToo Aaj fed up hokar maine police ko call kiya Please someone help me! Do something before it’s too late,”
Tanushree disclosed that the harassment, which she says began years ago, has worsened to the point where she contacted local police. Officers have advised her to visit the police station to file a formal complaint, which she plans to do soon.

In the video, Tanushree alleges that her living situation has become unbearable. She claims to be living in constant fear, unable to function or work, and said the stress has severely impacted her health and well-being.

“Mujhe itna pareshaan kiya gaya hai pichle 4 to 5 saalon mein ki meri tabyat kharab ho gayi hai… I cannot even hire maids because they planted maids in my house who stole things. I’m doing everything myself,” she stated.

Her plea has sparked concern and calls for immediate intervention from law enforcement and mental health support services. While her claims are serious, no official statement has yet been released by police regarding the status of her complaint.

Tanushree Dutta had previously made headlines in 2018 when she accused a prominent actor of sexual harassment, igniting India’s #MeToo movement. Her recent post reaffirms that she continues to face difficulties even years after speaking out.

Supporters have flooded her post with messages of solidarity and encouragement, urging authorities to ensure her safety and investigate her allegations with urgency.
