In a chilling murder case from Telangana’s Gadwal district, a newlywed man was killed barely a month after marriage—allegedly by his wife and her lover.
Tejeswar, a dancer and land surveyor, married Aishwarya on May 18, believing she loved him. However, within weeks, she allegedly plotted with her lover Tirumal Rao, a married NBFC bank manager from Andhra Pradesh’s Kurnool district, to have Tejeswar eliminated.
According to Jogulamba Gadwal SP T. Srinivas Rao, Rao hired three men—originally loan-seekers—by paying them a ₹2 lakh advance. These hired killers slit Tejeswar’s throat and dumped his body in a canal, executing the brutal crime.
Police have arrested Tirumal Rao, while a manhunt is underway for others involved.
