A woman lost her life, and her 12-year-old son is battling for survival following a stampede at a theatre in Chikkadpally, where the film Pushpa 2 was being screened, late on Wednesday night. The victim, Revati, 39, from Dilsukhnagar, and her nine-year-old son Sri Teja were attended to by police officers and bystanders, who performed CPR until an ambulance arrived to transport them to a nearby hospital. While Revati tragically passed away, her son Teja remains in critical condition and was later transferred to a super-specialty hospital for further treatment.
