New Delhi: Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister G Parameshwara says ‘zero traffic’ is his privilege, although he acknowledges how the system inconveniences the general public.

Dr Parameshwar, who is also the Home Minister of Karnataka is reported in The New Indian Express saying that it is his privilege to have traffic stooped to make way for his convoy.

“If the previous Home Ministers haven’t used it, doesn’t mean that I shouldn’t have it,” he said.

In a tweet, he posted Wednesday evening, Parameshwara said: “I do understand the problem the people suffer due to zero traffic. However, there are many programs and meetings in the government every day, with little time to waste.”
