It is nearly automatic to imagine an aircraft falling out of the sky on a haywire flight. However, this amusing plane crash video that is becoming viral on Reddit is unlike anything you have ever seen or imagined. Additionally, others on social media are mockingly referring to the event as “the safest plane crash ever.” It happened, surprisingly, on a busy concrete road rather than in the sky. Even stranger is the fact that a truck driver, not a pilot, was operating the aircraft. Perplexed—how on earth is that even feasible? Allow us to explain it to you. The moving aircraft was positioned on an enormous carrier vehicle.
The front of an aircraft being flown to a prearranged location is captured on camera during the incident. And a tiny calculation error resulted in the aforementioned crash. As it happens, the carrier crosses a skywalk while traveling on the road. The driver believed there would be sufficient room for the aircraft his car was carrying to cross the bridge unscathed.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. As soon as the vehicle passes under, the bottom of the bridge collides with the top of the plane, splattering debris everywhere. Witnessing the crash was an unusual moment for onlookers but more than the collision, it is one of the bystanders’ reactions that’s making people laugh online. “Bhai kya video banayi hai humne,” says the man recording the video with childlike excitement just seconds before the video comes to an end.
