Dubai: The Cultural Fest Council of India, Bangalore in association with Kannada Mitraru Dubai UAE will organise 34th International Cultural Fest Event at Dubai, which will be held on Saturday August 27.
This event will be held in three different venues: Fortune Conference Hall , Dubai Grand Hotel by Fortune, Al Quases Dubai. The fest will be held at 10:00 am with a stage programme followed by Cultural Events.
The event will begin with lighting the lamp by KNRI Forum, Dubai President Praveen Kumar Shetty. Department Of Public Libraries, Bangalore Director Dr. Sathish Kumar Hosamani will preside. Shashidhar Nagarajappa, Kannada Mitraru UAE President will deliver welcome speech and Er. K. P. Manjunath Sagar Chairman, ICFC India-MET will deliver keynote address. Eshwardas Shetty, Entrepreneur, Dubai, and Prasad Coorg, President, Kannada Sangha, Muscat are the special invitees, while the Guests of Honour are Mallikarjuna Gowda ICFC India-MET Co-Ordinator OMG, Dubai and Hidayat Addoor, Entrepreneur, Abu Dhabi.
A small felicitation ceremony will be held for the award winners namely Sarvottam Shetty, Abu Dhabi, Pramod Coorg, Muscat, Hidayat Addoor, Abu Dhabi, Prabha Suvarna, Mumbai, Veerendra Babu, Dubai, Krishnappa Gowda, Mangaluru, Shalini Alur, Abu Dhabi, Eshwardas Shetty, Dubai, Sathish Kumar Hosamani, Bengaluru, CA N. Ramachandra Prabhu, and Prahlada Basappa Bhoyi.
They will roll out a series of events by well-known artistes like Mehaboob Kiledhar, Mariyappa Chamalapura, Shailaja Kumar, Dr. Jayashree Hegde, Mahadev Sathigeri, compiler and folk singer Go Na Swami and poets, Mahesh Ballary Koppala, Dr. Archana Athani and Prabhu Suvarna, Mumbai along with 50 artistes who are from different fields will be performing at the cultural fest. The festival will have a diverse offering of entertainment activities including Puneeth Swara Namana.
