Anticipated Declaration of Karnataka SSLC Results 2024

The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) is expected to announce the results for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or Class 10 exams by the end of this month or in the first week of May 2024. However, the board has not yet made an official announcement regarding the result declaration. Students who appeared for the SSLC Class 10 exam this year can access and download their results from the official websites: kseeb.kar.nic.in and karresults.nic.in once they are announced.

Grading System for Karnataka SSLC Result 2024

Students will be graded based on the marks obtained by them. The grading system is as follows:

  • A+ Grade: Marks ranging from 563 to 625
  • A Grade: Marks ranging from 500 to 562
  • B+ Grade: Marks ranging from 438 to 499
  • B Grade: Marks ranging from 375 to 437
  • C+ Grade: Marks ranging from 313 to 374
  • C Grade: Marks ranging from 219 to 312

Key Information

  • The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board recently released the answer key for the Karnataka SSLC Exam 2024. The deadline to raise objections against it was until April 8.
  • Last year, the results for the Karnataka SSLC exam were declared on May 8, with an overall passing percentage of 83.89%. Approximately 8.3 lakh students appeared for the exam, out of which 7 lakh managed to pass. In 2022, the total pass percentage was 85.63%, and in 2021, 99.99% of the candidates cleared the exam.
  • On April 10, the KSEAB announced the final results for the 2nd Pre-University Certificate (PUC) on various official websites. The exams were conducted from March 1 to March 22 this year, with around 7 lakh students enrolling for the exam.

Grading System for Karnataka 2nd PUC

  • Grade 9: Marks ranging from 83 to 91
  • Grade 8: Marks ranging from 75 to 82
  • Grade 7: Marks ranging from 67 to 74
  • Grade 6: Marks ranging from 59 to 66
  • Grade 5: Marks ranging from 51 to 58
  • Grade 4: Marks ranging from 41 to 50
  • Grade 3: Marks ranging from 35 to 40
