Belagavi: The winter session of the State Legislative Assembly will be held from December 19 to December 30 at Suvarna Vidhana Soudha here. Assembly Speaker Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri instructed the officials to make arrangements for accommodation, food, transport and other facilities during this period for legislators.
He was speaking after chairing a meeting of officials at Suvarna Vidhana Soudha on Monday December 12 in the wake of the winter session of the legislature. “The entire session will go on smoothly when accommodation, meals, transport arrangements are adequately provided,” he noted.
“Since the entire system including the Chief Minister, Ministers, MLAs, high-level officials is here, it is our responsibility to provide the best facilities for accommodation and food,” he said.
