Dharawad: BJP Leader Hanamantasa Niranjana said that Former Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar has become the reason behind threatening by the BJP’s Disciplinary Committee against the use of photographs of senior party leaders. He said “I will not bow down to such threats.”
Speaking to mediapersons in the City, he said, “I am also a loyal worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Union Home Minister Amit Shah said aspiring candidates can use photographs of party leaders. The local leaders do not give importance to it. State Disciplinary Committee Chairman Lingaraj Patil has been threatening me, he said.
Speaking on the occasion, releasing the audio clip of Lingaraj Patil he said “I am a loyal worker of the party. I am also an aspiring candidate from Hubballi Dharawad Central Assembly constituency. I don’t care about the warning given by the Disciplinary Committee. I will complain to the senior leaders about the threat given by him,” he said.
