Dharawad: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has alleged that the MES hooliganism is not new and that their total activities are black and they are always trying to incite the sentiments of the people.
Speaking to medaperaons here on Friday May 5, he said, “MES had lost ground for the last 20 years and was trying to garner the support of the people through such mischievous acts.”
Responding to Leader of Opposition Siddaramaiah’s allegation that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the Prime Ministerial or the Chief Ministerial candidate of Karnataka, the Chief Minister said, “Our Prime Minister is not a Prime Minister who stays in a suit, AC room in Delhi like the previous Prime Minister but our PM is the one who goes to villages and is trying to understand the sentiments of the people and the Congress is not able to tolerate it.”
Responding to the Congress’ allegation that the BJP was scared of their Manifesto, the CM said, “It is a ridiculous thing.”
On the Bajrang Dal issue, the CM said that the Congress is trying to please the SDPI-PFI and now are facing the wrath of the people.
