Dharawad: Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday March 3 made a grand entry to the ‘Prajadhvani Convention’ organised by the Congress Party at Kadapa Ground in City.
As many as 10 ticket aspirants had brought thousands of people to the conclave to show their strength. As soon as Siddaramaiah arrived on the dais, people shouted slogans in favour of Siddaramaiah.
When Siddaramaiah saw people holding placards in favour of ticket aspirants, Siddaramaiah rushed to the microphone and asked them to bring down those who were holding the boards. “If you hold a board and make an announcement, will they get a ticket or will you give them a ticket? Put the boards down,” he said strenly.
There was also an incident where he scolded the people saying that Ihe will note down the names of the people who were holding the board.
