Gadag: Three fans lost their lives in Surangi village, Gadag district while setting up a celebratory cutout for actor Yash‘s birthday. The victims, Hanamanta Harijan (21), Murali Nadavinamani (20), and Naveen Ghazi (19), suffered an electric shock during the early hours of the night. Three others sustained severe injuries and are currently receiving treatment at Lakshmeshwar Hospital.
The tragedy unfolded as the enthusiastic fans attempted to install a large cutout at Ambedkar Nagar in Surangi village to celebrate Yash’s birthday. Unfortunately, the setup accidentally came into contact with an electric wire, resulting in a fatal electric shock. The distressing incident was captured on a local’s mobile phone, highlighting the somber moment that occurred within the jurisdiction of the Lakshmeshwar police station.
