Bengaluru: Writer, film director, artiste Yogesh Master who was recently attacked with black paint by right wing Hindu activists in Davanagere for his writings on Hindu mythological characters seems to going through a series of misfortunes.
Master who hit the headlines following his arrest over his book Dhundi on Lord Ganesha two three years ago is now finding it extremely difficult to find a rented house in Bengaluru city.
On Saturday, Master used his social media page to express his haunting experiences while finding a rented house in Bengaluru city. “Every one is considering me a kirik party and refusing to give me a home for rent”, he stated on his Facebook wall.
It can be recalled that On March 13, a group of right wing activists had attacked Master and smeared black ink on his face. He was in Davanagere to attend the 82th birth anniversary of Kannada writer late P Lankesh.
Interestingly, of late Yogesh Master is being crictised for attending an event organised by a minority front which allegedly has links with communal forces. But he has downplayed all the criticism.
