A chilling bomb threat sparked widespread panic at Alphine Pyramid Apartment in Kodigehalli, Bengaluru, after residents discovered a message scribbled on a wall reading: “Will blast India from Pakistan.”

Home to nearly 300 families, the housing complex was quickly swarmed by bomb disposal squads, sniffer dogs, and intelligence teams following the alert. Residents raised the alarm immediately, prompting a swift and extensive police operation. The entire area was secured, and a thorough investigation was launched to trace the origin of the threat and assess its credibility.

A police official confirmed, “We are verifying all aspects. The investigation is ongoing.”

This latest threat follows a string of alarming incidents across Bengaluru in recent weeks. On July 23, six gelatin sticks were found in a plastic bag at the Kalasipalya bus stand, triggering a full-scale response from law enforcement and the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS).

Just days before, on July 18, around 40 private schools in the city received bomb threats via email, causing chaos and large-scale evacuations. The anonymous email, titled “BOMBS INSIDE THE SCHOOL”, contained graphic and disturbing language, threatening mass casualties and revealing emotional distress from the sender. It also urged authorities to share the message with media.

These back-to-back security scares have heightened public anxiety and prompted increased vigilance from law enforcement agencies citywide.
