Bengaluru: BJP Leader, and Chennagiri MLA Madal Virupakshappa resigned as the KSDL Chairman.
He sent his resignation letter to Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
It can be recalled that his son Prashant is now arrested by Lokayukta Police who seized over Rs. 7 Crore from his house.
In his resignation letter Madal informed that even though this incident has got nothing to do with him, he is resigning taking moral responsibility.
