Bengaluru: The Additional City Civil and Sessions Court has vacated the temporary stay on sale of a book Tipu Nija Kanasugalu written by Rangayana Director Addanda. C. Cariappa on Thursday December 8.
Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge J. R. Mendonca issued the order. The Tipu Nija Kanasugalu, its publisher Ayodhya Publication and Printer Rashtrotthana Mudranalaya.
The earlier injunction, however, did not prevent the respondents from printing the book at their risk and storing the ones which are already printed.
