Bengaluru: The Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) has communicated to the Rajabhavan about the cabinet expansion on Saturday at 4 pm. The event will be held at the glass house of the Rajabhavan.
An officer from the CMO informed that as per the protocol, a request for the Governor’s appointment has been sought for the oath-taking ceremony. “It is a customary letter. The list of ministers to be inducted will be sent to the Rajabhavan on Saturday morning,” he explained.
Meanwhile, the Congress leaders are expected to rush to New Delhi on Thursday to finalise the list of ministers to be inducted into the cabinet.
DCM Dr G Parameshwara informed that he will visit New Delhi along former CM Siddaramaiah, KPCC president Dinesh Gundurao and others.
