Chikkaballapura: 832 cases disposed off at Mega Lok Adalat

Chikkaballapura: As many as 832 cases were disposed off at a Mega Lok Adalat held at a court premises in the City.

Speaking on the occasion, Senior Division Judge Vijaya Devaraj Urs said that the Law Authority has organised Mega Adalat for the benefit of the litigants and advantage of it must be taken. Do not waste your precious time by running from court to office on trivial issues, he advised.

He said 432 cases were settled through conciliation. In this mega adalat, a divorce case was filed and the couple was brought together through conciliation. As many as 400 cases of birth certificates, 25 cases of banks, 274 cases of penalty, etc. were compromised.
