Bengaluru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Tuesday February 8 called on Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and discussed issues of the State.
Members of Parliament Shivakumar Udasi and Umesha Jadhav, as well as Water Resources Minister Govind Karjol and State BJP President Nalin Kumar Kateel, were also present in the meeting.
“Met our Hon’ble Raksha Mantri Shri @rajnathsingh ji in New Delhi today and presented a copy of a compilation of our govt’s achievements in the last six months as well as an ISEC study report on the impact of various policy decisions,” tweeted CM Bommai.
CM Bommai met with legal experts on inter-state water disputes in the national capital before meeting with the Defence Minister. Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary P. Ravikumara and State Government Advocate General Prabhulinga Navadagi were present.
CM Bommai plans to meet with BJP Chief J. P. Nadda throughout the day to discuss the State’s Cabinet reshuffle.
