Bengaluru: Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, on September 1, assured the people of the state to visit one district a week to address farmers’ issues and hold a meeting with officers.
Speaking with media persons after “Janatha Darshan” here in the city, Kumaraswamy said, ” I will address people’s grievances in Janatha Darshan, whenever I am in the city, every Saturday.”
“I haven’t disappointed anyone till date and I will never do that. I am always ready to lend an ear to people’s grievances,” he said.
He also said that the government had collected Rs 138 Crore from various organizations and institutions to provide relief to Kodagu flood victims.
