Bengaluru: The Congress party is targeting the RSS to appease minorities and they have decided not to seek Hindu votes, said BJP State president Nalin Kumar Kateel.

Speaking to mediapersons he said, “If the Congress party continues to burn Chaddis as a protest, the party itself will be burned to ashes. The Congress Party is doing this to attract minority support from the JD (S).”

“Congress is losing ground across the country, and its leaders are abandoning the party. Also, Siddaramaiah’s internal feud with KPCC President D. K. Shivakumar is no longer a secret,” he added.

“We are committed to its Hindutva agenda and we have already fulfilled many promises, including the Ram temple,” Kateel said in response to Sriram Sene leader Pramod Mutalik’s statement regarding BJP MLAs failing to act against those violating the Supreme Court order on loudspeakers at shrines.
