Bengaluru: The government will review existing Covid restrictions and reopening schools after getting a report from the expert committee, said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai here on Thursday January 27.
Speaking to mediapersons after the Cabinet meeting he said that he and his ministers had addressed various issues other than those on the agenda. “We talked about the present situation of Covid cases, Covid management, and other issues. Ministers gave suggestions on various aspects,” he said.
CM Bommai further said that they had discussed submitting memoranda filed by various associations, schools, and colleges to the expert committee. “We will make a decision based on the recommendations of the committee. We are hoping to receive their report in the next three or four days,” he said.
