Bengaluru: The single-judge bench of the Delhi High Court will hear arrested Congress strongman D K Shivakumar’s bail plea today, September 30.

The bail plea will be heard by Justice Suresh Kumar.

Bengaluru Rural MP D K Suresh, brother of DKShi, flew to New Delhi on Sunday evening to hold a discussion with the advocates.

Meanwhile, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is likely to oppose the bail plea saying that the charges against the former Karnataka state minister are serious in nature.

It can be recalled that DKShi was arrested on September 4 by the ED after four days of inquiry.

He is presently lodged at the Tihar jail.
