Bengaluru: BBMP Chief Commissioner Gaurav Gupta on Monday January 31 signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Door-to-Door vaccination drive. ‘Mane Manege Lasike’ is a project taken up by Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) under the aegis of CSR Expert Committee, and in association with Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
Volvo Group India Pvt. Ltd., International Aerospace Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd., and Convergent Wireless Communications Pvt. Ltd., who are the member organisations of the said project will deploy five teams to conduct vaccination for two months. Sambhav Foundation is the implementation agency of this CSR initiative.
Each of the five teams will consist of 6 members that will comprise vaccinators, data entry operators, supervisor, and mobiliser.
BBMP will be provided with needed vehicles and personnel by various NGOs.
