HC denied citizens Constitutional rights: CFI on Hijab verdict

Bengaluru: Campus Front of India National President M. S. Sajid said that the HC denied the Constitutional rights of the citizens. We will not accept the verdict which goes against the Constitution, he said.

Further, he added, “Our fight for individual rights will continue.”

Meanwhile, Minister for Primary and Secondary Education B. C. Nagesh said that the gap in the Karnataka Education Act will be set right. Uniform helps everyone come under mainstream ambit. The students who filed petition on Hijab issue were misguided, he observed and said that he will convince the students to attend colleges and examinations.
