Bengaluru: With growing traffic violations in the city, Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has proven that he is not an exception, not once but twice.
HDKs private SUV has been booked twice, once on February 10, for using mobile phone while driving and another on February 22, for overspeeding near Basaveshwara circle. He has been levied a fine of Rs 300, but has reportedly not paid yet.
Sources say that the CM was in the city on both days. He was busy with the audio gate on February 10 and on February 22, he met Railway Minister Piyush Goyal at Vidhana Soudha on resolving issues in the Bengaluru suburban rail project.
